I am Sara Soulati, CEO of Global Cardio Care, Inc. Since 1996, I have been working in the field of EECP to reverse and prevent cardiovascular disease.

When I help people switch from a diet filled with animal byproducts, white carbohydrates, salt, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, and other poor food choices, I encourage vegan, plant-based nutrition. My own nutrition plan is all about eating raw, clean organic foods. I recommend a diet rich with plant-based vegan nutrition alongside supplements to ensure the body receives all the minerals and vitamins it needs.
I was overjoyed when a manager on my team at Global Cardio Care brought me 50 lbs of organic grapefruit.
I spent my Saturday morning cleaning the skins in order to peel them.
Then I put them into my cold-press juicer and bottled them up in my glass Mason jars and put them in the refrigerator. The juice lasts about three days, and is a perfect way to start the morning with cold, organic grapefruit juice with no preservatives or added sugars.
Clean eating is wonderful for your nutrition. Everything is made from scratch with whole, organic ingredients.
