My professional and personal life has always been about you — healing your heart and making you a champion for healthier longevity.

On this journey, I live and breathe what I preach — vegan nutrition, moderate exercise, low risk factors, meditation, and a spiritual path that all contribute to a healthier cardiovascular system.

In 2010, I created a program, now patent-pending, called The Sara Soulati® Health For Life™ Program, and it’s simple to understand because it’s about HEALTH FOR LIFE™!

At my management company, Global Cardio Care where I work with physician practices, my program is delivered alongside EECP® (Enhanced External Counterpulsation) therapy.

Make Health A Lifestyle!

As said, my mission is to fight and prevent cardiovascular disease with EECP therapy and my patent-pending program,  The Sara Soulati Health for Life Program. With these powerful tools, I work with patients to identify, address and treat the root causes of chronic illness.

My life’s work is dedicated to healing hearts with lifestyle modification and a non-surgical treatment called EECP. I prefer that we focus on the underlying cause of illness, which is oriented to circulation, and stop managing symptoms of disease. Along the way, lives will be saved, cardiovascular disease is made preventable, and the health care system benefits.

Sara Soulati EECP for Cardiovascular Disease

Since 1996, I have worked in the field of EECP treatment delivery to help prevent and reverse cardiovascular disease. I’m known as a pioneer in EECP because I was the first, alongside those at Stony Brook to open this field and put it into practice.

I have treated and seen firsthand the power of EECP therapy for people suffering from cardiovascular disease including angina, stroke, diabetes, congestive heart failure, and heart attack.

Sara Soulati EECP in Southern California

I have owned and operated multiple centers throughout southern California.

In 1996, I worked at a center called EECP West in Newport Beach — the first EECP center in the world outside of Stony Brook University.

In 1999, I was part owner and operated Cardiac Renewal Centers of America, the largest outpatient treatment center in the world with 10 clinics throughout Southern California (Encino to San Diego).

Today, I own two centers in partnership with a physician practice. The independent center in Inglewood was opened in 2002, and the center near Santa Monica was opened in 2012.

Sara Soulati EECP for Elite Athletes

ALT="Sara Soulati EECP Authority, EECP Treatment, Global Cardio Care"In 1997, I began research to develop the only sports protocol for elite athletes featuring EECP. I studied and worked with the U.S. Olympic Sprint Team, HealthSouth and the L.A. Avengers to measure the effect of EECP on timed sprints.

By studying girth measurement and range of motion in elite athletes, I learned EECP was effective in enhancing physiologic recovery after injury as well as improving race and recovery times among sprinters. From my study, I understood that physiology of elite sprinters differed from that of distance runners. I adjusted the EECP protocol to help enhance performance by shaving seconds off run times as well as increasing stamina between races.

I was instrumental in introducing EECP technology to the world of sports, namely Shaquille O’Neal, Sugar Shane Mosley, Laila Ali, Quincy Watts, and others. I am the earliest pioneer to innovate a sports protocol to enhance sports performance featuring EECP and to have sold an EECP bed to the Miami Heat, a professional sports team.
